Your challenge

You’re a successful project team member or leader, and your boss just asked you to help prepare for a recompete or “grow your contract.” You love working with clients, but “business development (BD)” and proposals seem arcane and intimidating. What should you do? How do you get started?

The solution

In this interactive class, you’ll learn and practice skills that will help your team win your recompetes, grow business organically, support growth through new contracts, and multiply the capabilities of your BD teams.

Class discussions and group exercises will help prepare technical teams to benefit from other Lohfeld Consulting classes including Strength-Based Winning® for Federal Contractors and Modern Proposal Writing for Federal Contractors.
