Jennifer Henne

Jennifer Henne gets the right people exactly where they’re needed, almost anywhere in the world. As a seasoned HR professional with decades of Global Mobility experience across multiple industries, she is an expert at deploying talent to and from more than 85 countries and staffing international operations with multinational personnel. 

With her 30 years of experience in International HR, Jennifer has contributed to proposals of massive scale. Her proposals efforts include work for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force (USAF), U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of State (DOS), USAID, PEO STRI, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), and numerous foreign military sales and commercial proposals. Her client work includes SAIC/Leidos, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin. 

Jennifer has ensured the successful establishment and management of multiple large-scale Global Mobility Programs. Her leadership in this area includes the successful acquisitions of Shield GEO by Velocity Global, the $9B Sikorsky acquisition by Lockheed Martin, the $4.6B divestiture of the Lockheed Martin Government IT Services (IS&GS) business to Leidos, as well as the Telcordia acquisition by SAIC. Her deep understanding of international requirements ensures that efforts follow international requirements and maintain momentum.

Jennifer’s ability to resolve international HR challenges has saved her companies and clients millions of dollars over the course of her career. As a subject matter expert, Jennifer is passionate about creating innovative, compliant, cost-effective, and allowable solutions. She offers comprehensive support throughout the expatriate life cycle and expertise in international payroll, immigration, and employment law requirements, as well as Employer of Record services, local and international benefits. Jennifer has also been directly involved in formal external tax audits, DCAA/FAR compliance issues, and internal corporate tax audits. 

Jennifer holds a certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and received an MBA in Human Resource Management/International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago. She is based in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
